EXHIBITING
As chair of Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC (APSS) Program Committee, I invite you to participate as an exhibitor during
SLEEP 2010 24th Annual Meeting of the APSS in San Antonio, Texas. The official meeting dates are June 5 – 9, 2010, with exhibit
show dates on June 7 – 9, 2010.
The SLEEP meeting attracts a larger audience of sleep medicine and sleep research professionals than any other sleep meeting in
the nation. Last year, nearly 6,000 physicians, researchers, technologists, students and allied health care providers gathered in Seattle,
Washington for SLEEP 2009. As the field of sleep continues to advance, the APSS anticipates an even larger attendance at SLEEP 2010.
The APSS recognizes that companies need a higher return on their investment for the advertising and sponsorship dollars contributed
each year. To encourage participation, we’ve introduced the Supporter Recognition Program. Companies will be recognized as bronze,
silver or gold supporters based on their participation as advertisers in the SLEEP 2009 volume year, as an exhibitor at SLEEP 2010 or by
taking advantage of advertising and sponsorship opportunities at SLEEP 2010.
The APSS appreciates the contributions made by exhibitors and sponsors at the annual meeting. The exhibit hall is a significant
component of the meeting and attendees appreciate the opportunity to connect with leading companies and organizations within the
field. The APSS is pleased to inform you that rental booth fees for SLEEP 2010 have not increased. We will once again offer a premium
booth section at the front of the exhibit hall and an advanced application discount. Companies that submit their applications by January
15, 2010, will not only pay a reduced booth rental fee, but the amount paid for booth rental will be applied to the exhibitor’s point total
for both SLEEP 2010 and SLEEP 2011. Further details about these policies are included within this prospectus. By participating as an
exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the following:
- Free company listing in the SLEEP 2010 Final Program
- One complimentary full meeting registration, allowing access to the SLEEP 2010 general sessions
- Increased sponsorship and advertising opportunities
- Access to the rental of pre- and post-meeting attendee mailing lists
- The opportunity to network and connect with the industry’s top leaders and professionals
Please accept this invitation to attend SLEEP 2010 and showcase your latest sleep-related products and services at the
largest gathering of sleep professionals. We look forward to receiving your application.
