Housing Policies & Procedures
The following policies and procedures apply to the official APSS hotels for SLEEP 2009 23rd Annual Meeting on June 6-11, 2009, in Seattle, Washington.
- All groups requesting 10 or more sleeping rooms require written approval from the APSS (e-mail is acceptable). In order to receive approval, submit the housing request form to the APSS Meeting Department via fax to (708) 273-9354 or via e-mail to ajosi@aasmnet.org. Approval is required prior to making reservations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau.
- After receiving approval from the APSS, arrange your group’s accommodations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau. You will be asked to provide a credit card deposit to hold the reservation. One night’s pre-payment is required for each reservation. Any rooms not paid for will be returned to the APSS for general sale.
- Reservations may be made beginning in early 2009. Please visit SLEEP 2009 Web site for the updates.
- Guest rooming lists for group blocks are due at the time of reservation. Reservations will not be accepted without a guest rooming list.
- Room tax at all properties is 15.6%
